Credit Administration Specialist- The successful applicant’s primary role will be to facilitate the preparation of commercial and consumer loan documentation as well as the closing, boarding and ongoing administration of all consumer and commercial loans in the bank’s portfolio. This position reports directly to the Credit Administration Manager and will work with minimal supervision. We are looking for a proven player who exhibits an extraordinarily strong work ethic and positive attitude. Construction Lender – Growth in our portfolio creates a need for a person to oversee construction lending functions in a rapidly growing community bank. The qualified candidate should be familiar with job costing, draw process, AIA forms, and understanding and managing the risk to complete a project. Projects are mostly residential by number, with some commercial projects as well. Compensation is commensurate with experience and ability to grow and expand the bank’s portfolio with acceptable risk.
