These expanded Customer Service hours will provide our customers the comfort of speaking with a Horizon Community Bank Team Member who will assist them with their banking needs outside of business lobby hours. The Customer Service Team Members are prepared to answer questions about your personal or business accounts, provide online banking support, offer information on products and services, and several other banking topics.
Dial any Horizon Community Bank branch during non-business lobby hours and your call will be directed to our new Customer Service Center, located in Lake Havasu City, AZ and staffed by our Horizon Community Bank employees.
